GP private appointments
Face to face appointment (up to 30 mins)- £75
Home visit ( within 10 miles of Swanland, East Yorkshire )- £220.
Online appointment (up to 30 minutes)- £55
£50 charge for each additional 30 minutes.
Cost for consultation includes fee for prescription and hospital referral if required.
Unfortunately our GPs cannot initiate an NHS referral.
Please note, if your condition is not suitable for online you may be advised to book a face to face appointment with our clinic or elsewhere.
HGV and Taxi medicals- £60
For HGV Medicals you are requested to bring:
- D4 form
- Drivers Licence
- Details of your current medications
The NHS app is very useful for providing details of medications and medical history.
Additionally, if you wear glasses for driving you will need an eye test with your optician.
For Taxi Medicals you are requested to bring:
- Drivers License
- Details of your current medications
At present, Hull Council allow non-registered GPs to complete taxi medicals. However, East Riding Council would prefer your Registered GP to complete the medical but if they are unwilling to do this, you can attend our clinic. Please check with your local council to confirm that you are able to attend our clinic.
Safety critical medical £100
You will be sent questionnaires prior to your medical or will be asked to complete them on arrival. You will also need to bring a list of any medications you are taking. If you have any medical conditions I will require either details from the NHS app or a print out from your medical records. You can ask your NHS surgery for a summary to be printed which should have enough detail. If during the medical I need more information I can approach your GP ( with your consent) for more detailed information.
